Irwin Naturals Inc has reported that its Irwin Naturals Emergence chain of psychedelic mental-health clinics is set to expand with another site. It resulted in the identification of numerous highly prospective EM anomalies, indicative of potential nickel-copper-cobalt mineralization, and the company expanding the project area from 576 square kilometers (km2) to 648 km2. As part of Phase I, an aerial geophysical survey kicked off at the end of April and was completed on August 12. The Burlington, Ontario-based exploration company said it "completed most of the planned work" during the three-phased exploration program which began in late April this year. Murchison Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:MUR, OTCQB:MURMF, TSX-V:MUR.V) announced the conclusion of its three-phased summer exploration program on its Haut-Plateau de la Manicouagan (HPM) nickel-copper-cobalt project, in Quebec. There is also a maximum further consideration of 0.06 of a Northern Superior share if a resource of 2 million ounces of gold or more is declared in the measured, indicated or inferred categories at Royal Fox's Philibert project. Royal Fox shareholders, under a plan of arrangement, will receive 0.12 of a Northern Superior share for every share they hold, representing an initial premium of around 33% on the Royal Fox share closing price on September 2 this year. Royal Fox Gold Inc (TSX-V:FOXG) and Northern Superior Resources Inc have announced a deal whereby the former will be acquired for around C$17 million by the latter, further consolidating the exciting Chapais-Chibougamau mining district of Quebec.
